At Buy the Kilo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Food items

• Liquids

• Refill products

Change of Mind

For all other items, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

• Photos may be required to help us resolve the problem.

• If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
